Monkey Bread Muffins: Christmas Morning Breakfast

26 Dec

Last year was the first Christmas my husband (then Fiancee) and I lived together and I wanted to make something fun for breakfast, rather than just pancakes and eggs (or even cereal!) so I decided to make Monkey Bread! Well, until a few days before Christmas I hadn’t thought of the fact that I did not have a bundt pan… thus I decided to make Monkey Bread Muffins. They were so easy to make and really good so I decided to make them every Christmas. Now, maybe eventually when we have children I’ll make a full Christmas breakfast (complete with these muffins) but for now it’s just us so I can get away with junk for breakfast!
