Chocolate Chai Snickerdoodles

11 Dec
I love spices, my husband loves Snickerdoodles so I thought these would be amazing! Plus, a few years ago when I saw the recipe really all I needed to see was the picture to know that I needed to make these. Well, I’m not sure why it took two flippin years but I finally made these during the annual Holiday Baking Day with my mom, grandma and aunts…

I’m not a huge chocolate fan but I really like these. In my opinion they’re actually perfect because they’re not too sweet but there is enough chocolate flavor to ensure that I’ll really only want 1 cookie. The majority of others like chocolate much more than I do so they may have differing opinions. I know that everyone at our baking day really liked these and my husband did though he admitted he’d rather have a regular Snickerdoodle.

I think I’ll make a variation of this recipe again sometime but without the chocolate maybe; just to compare!
